Say Cheese!

I requested this as a lineart so I could tackle coloring it on my own. After getting suggestions from her on how to improve on just the flat colors, I'm satisfied with how this came out.

This is Leo's current team during his trip to Unova. Phantasm the Gengar, Tiamat the Charizard, Priam the Weavile and Iron Maiden the Steelix are still around, but there are two newcomers: Aegir the Vaporeon and Anansi the Joltik. How they came to join the group will be explained in a future written piece.

This is basically what happens when a traveling photographer asks to have Leo's team immortalized in a portrait. Leo figured, 'why not,' and brought everyone out and encouraged them to look their best.

Of course, things did not go well. For one, Aegir, normally patient and calculating, chose to give a quip when the order to 'say cheese' was given.

"Or in Tiamat's case, say 'CHEESY!'" He says with a sly grin.

Naturally, Tiamat got upset, ready to roast the Eevolution alive. Leo was forced to try and calm the situation down.

Phantasm, afraid of everything including his own shadow, never had his picture taken before. So when the flash came, he naturally freaked out. Unfortunately, he was holding his current charge Anansi in his hands, and chances are she'll be up in the stratosphere after being thrown into the air. Priam, not as used to Phantasm's freakouts as he'd like, is taken aback by this latest outburst.

The only one who's still in their given pose is Iron Maiden. She's used to basically all the quirks of the core group, from Phantasm's long list of fears to Tiamat's temper and ego. It's nothing new to her, so none of this affects her in the slightest.

Whether Leo will hang on to this photo remains to be seen...
